What’s the difference between retail and wholesale?+
Retailers sell single units. Wholesale (a paid-plan feature) lets you set a minimum order quantity and negotiate bulk pricing via RFQs.
How do I get paid?+
Earnings from delivered orders (minus any commission) accrue to your account and are settled by the WeShopAfrica finance team.
How long does approval take?+
KYC review is typically 1–3 business days. You’ll be notified by email and in-app once approved.
