Carry the orders behind African trade
We are assembling the fleet that moves WeShopAfrica orders from seller to buyer: riders, drivers, haulage operators and courier companies. Registration is open now, and partners are brought online zone by zone as each area reaches coverage.
Free to register · no fee is ever charged to be assigned deliveries
Who we are onboarding
Different orders need different vehicles. Tell us what you run and we will place you in the right class.
Motorbike riders
Same-day parcels and small orders inside a city zone. The largest group we are onboarding first.
Car and van drivers
Bulkier retail orders, multi-stop routes and cross-town runs that will not fit on a bike.
Truck and haulage operators
Wholesale consignments, pallet loads and inter-city movements between seller warehouses and buyers.
Courier companies
Register once as a company and add your riders, drivers and vehicles under a single partner account.
Where the programme stands
The network is being built in order. Here is what is finished, what is happening now, and what comes after it.
- 1
Network design
Zones, vehicle classes, delivery fee structure and the settlement rails partners will be paid through.
- 2
Partner registration
We are collecting details from riders, drivers, haulage operators and courier companies across our operating areas.
- 3
Verification and onboarding
Documents checked, partner app issued, and a short walkthrough of pickups, handovers, proof of delivery and cash handling.
- 4
Dispatch, zone by zone
Live jobs are switched on in an area once enough verified partners are standing by to cover it. Registered partners in that zone are contacted first.
What partnering gives you
Your own hours
Go online when it suits you. There is no fixed shift and no penalty for the days you sit out.
Jobs routed by zone
You are matched to pickups near you, so less of your day is spent riding to a collection point.
Settlement you can follow
Every completed delivery is recorded against your account and settled to your mobile money or bank details.
Marketplace orders only
You carry parcels tied to a real order, with the buyer, seller and value already recorded on the platform.
A support desk behind you
Failed handovers, refused deliveries and disputes go through the same claims process that protects buyers and sellers.
Room to grow
Start with one bike. Add vehicles, take on riders and move up to a company account as your volume builds.
What you will need
Have these ready before verification opens. Nothing has to be uploaded today.
- A valid government-issued ID.
- A roadworthy vehicle you own or have written permission to use.
- A valid rider or driver licence for that vehicle class.
- Current vehicle registration and insurance documents.
- A smartphone able to run the partner app and share location while on a job.
- A mobile money or bank account in the same name as your registration.
- For companies: business registration, and the same documents for each rider or driver you add.
Partner questions
When would I start receiving jobs?
Dispatch is switched on one zone at a time, and only once there are enough verified partners in that zone to cover the orders in it. Registering now puts you in the group we contact first when your area is reached.
Does it cost anything to register?
No. Registering your interest and being verified is free. You are never asked to pay a fee to be assigned deliveries, and nobody from WeShopAfrica will request one.
Can a courier company join with several vehicles?
Yes. Register the company once and add your riders, drivers and vehicles under it. Each person who carries a parcel is verified individually.
How will I be paid?
Earnings accrue per completed delivery and are settled to the mobile money or bank account registered in your name, through the same settlement process used for seller payouts.
Do I need my own vehicle?
You need a roadworthy vehicle you own or have written permission to use, together with the licence, registration and insurance for it.
Get on the list before your zone opens
Areas go live in the order they reach coverage. The partners already registered in a zone are the ones we call when it does.
