Payment data
Transaction references and accounting records may be retained as required. Full payment credentials are ordinarily controlled by the payment provider.
Seller verification data
Retained while the Seller operates and for an appropriate compliance and limitation period afterward.
Support and claim data
Retained until the matter is resolved and for an appropriate period afterward for quality, enforcement and legal purposes.
Security and audit logs
Retained according to security, investigation and compliance requirements.
Marketing data
Retained until consent is withdrawn, an objection is received, the data becomes unnecessary or the applicable retention period expires.

59.Account Closure and Data Deletion
You may request account closure.
Before closing or deleting account data, WeShopAfrica may need to:
- complete active Orders;
- process returns or refunds;

- enforce a legal hold;
- retain audit history.
Account closure does not automatically require immediate deletion of every record.
